I have another qeutions hypothetical. This is pregnancey and weight loss.?
OK So, when I was pregnant I had a problem Medical (preaclamsie) causeing me to gain more weight recommended. When i was i 2 months of pregnancy, weighed 141. The day i left the hospital, I weighed 189 … yes 189 AFTER haveing my baby. Breastfeeding I could not diet … I had milk supply low so I had to eat a lot. Today, by the time I started dieting imy weight stayed around 177-182 … normally 182. I've been dieting for about 4 weeks, May be 5 … Curently and 167 hours. My qeustion is that I should be pround of my self looing for 10 pounds, in anger against myself being 30 for pounds over my ideal weight? When I say ideal way Wher I OT not be where certain chart tells me to be! So should I be concerned about slow, he is coming off? I think I should tell you a week ago I stoped exersising … I broke my foot. and some time I started my diet … I Gaind 4 pounds while on this subject …. if you can not under the heading of my qeustion tell and I'll fix it with the Details button.
