My BFF is having a baby, I'm clueless!?

My best friend is having a baby in the next two weeks. I not experiecne baby and I want to do something special for her. I offered to throw a shower, etc., but his family has done all of them. Any suggestion of their parents?? All I can do before / after the baby come to help, ect??
