Where can I buy online elegant clothing sz 14-16?

I am a little bigger than I used to be, after having a baby this year. I would not put me completely at the waist more, but almost. I live in a small town on Vancouver Island, The nearest shopping is 2.5 hours away, and even then the best you get is Gap.
