Is baby food much healthier, because it is pureed with milk?

I was in supermarket and stopped to watch some of these pots of food. They are mashed with water. I use milk, it takes a lot more items nutritious, right? If you use the formula you do puree with a little formula?

I tend to think that homemade purees are much healthier and cheaper. I formula fed and used a little formula to thin the puree. Furthermore once your baby reaches 6 months, you can use whole cow's milk in their only food, not in their bottles. (That is if you wean the chest) But good on you. Make your own food is much better for your baby and made the transition to eating the same meal you much easier.

I need ideas for food with the following things to keep in mind. The baby will not let mom eat pork-metro – Quiznos or Mexican.
